I don’t just offer healing
I offer recognition

For the women who’ve been
mislabeled, mishandled, and misunderstood for far too long.

I wasn’t always a healer.
Before I became a guide,
I was a woman—
misread, underestimated, and quietly unraveling.

I’ve been called too much.
Too emotional. Too quiet.
Too intense. Too unavailable.
Too “whatever” for people who were drawn to my light
but couldn’t see my depth.

I wasn’t looking for attention.
I was searching for connection.

And because I didn’t yet know what I was truly craving,
I gave pieces of myself to all the wrong people
lovers, girlfriends, coworkers… and yes, even family
trying to earn love, loyalty, and belonging.

Soft-hearted, wide open,
and suffering quietly
just like so many of us do.

Until the pain became too much…
and I finally chose to begin my own healing journey.

That’s when I realized:
I wasn’t too emotional or too intense—

I was deeply relational.

I used to think something was wrong with me.

Now I know:
I was never too much
I was just in the wrong rooms.

So I healed first.
and then I built…

A soul sanctuary

And once I had rebuilt myself from the inside out,
I created a roadmap
for women like you to follow.

Not to become someone else
but to finally come home to yourself and heal.

I could tell you how many coaching hours I’ve logged…

I could list my certifications
and tell you about the women I’ve served over my decade
plus career…

But what matters most is
~
I’ve lived this.
